What this does
Every relationship — candidate or client — has a lifecycle. The snapshot ships with pre-written, niche-appropriate sequences for each stage:
Candidate side: application-received, screen-cleared, interview-prep, post-interview check-in, offer-celebration, 30-day check-in, 90-day check-in, 1-year anniversary, future-talent-bank (“we’re not the right fit now but keep in touch”).
Client side: new-engagement-welcome, weekly-status-digest, post-placement check-in (30 / 60 / 90 days), quarterly check-in for repeat business, win-back for lapsed clients.
Why this matters
Recruiting is a long-cycle relationship business. The agency that stays warm with past candidates and past clients gets the next call when a need arises. The agency that goes silent gets forgotten. Manual lifecycle nurture is impossible at scale — automation is the only way to stay relevant with hundreds of past candidates and dozens of past clients.
A typical staffing agency we deploy this for sees 15–25% of yearly revenue come from past-candidate or past-client touches that wouldn’t have happened without the automation.
How it’s configured
Every sequence ships pre-written for your niche (executive, healthcare, tech, blue-collar, temp, RPO). You edit voice to match yours — substituting your founder’s name, your firm’s vocabulary, your specific examples. Then it runs.
Sequences pause automatically if the contact engages (replies, books a call, takes another action) — you don’t want to fire a “where are you?” email at someone who replied yesterday. The system reads engagement signals.
